  • Scope: We only process professional data. We do not seek out or store private home addresses, personal phone numbers, or non-work-related information.

  • Market Intelligence: To help laboratory suppliers ensure they have the right reagents and equipment available in the right regions at the right time.
  • Connecting Science: To facilitate professional outreach between suppliers and researchers who may require specific tools for their upcoming trials.

We process professional data under the legal basis of Legitimate Interest. We provide a bridge between the makers of scientific tools and the researchers who need them to advance human health.

5. Data Sharing & Subscribers

We share "Demand Signals" (leads) with our paid subscribers (scientific suppliers). These subscribers are contractually bound to:

6. The "Right to be Forgotten" (Opt-Out)

  • Suppression: We will remove your professional contact data from our active database and place your name on a "Suppression List" to ensure you are not re-added during future data scrapes.

Your account information and our proprietary demand data are stored using industry-standard encryption provided by our hosting partner, Vercel.
